Accounts Payable Manager

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our client based Bristol. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their growing team, it is worth noting this is a newly created role. This Accounts Payable Manager role is a chance to work for an incredibly exciting, successful, and resilient company and an opportunity to put your own footprint on the Accounts payable function

This Accounts Payable Manager position will involve the management of 4 Accounts payable clerks to ensure the Account Payable function is efficient and effective.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

• Management of cash and credit card expense process
• Coding and importing transactions / journals
• Invoice processing when necessary
• Statement reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Process improvements

As the ideal candidate:

• 3 - 5 years of experience of Accounts payable
• Team supervision or management experience
• Solid excel skills - v look ups and pivots
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

The package:

• £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday
