A leading re(insurer) is looking to hire an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team in London to develop a team of 3/4 direct reports. You will be responsible for Marine and Specialty.
This role would suit an Actuary who is looking to step away from the 'day to day' pricing work and who wants to get involved in the technical review and helping to set the strategy for the division.
You will be promoting and embracing innovative ideas to develop and enhance the pricing capabilities, and you will manage the relationships with underwriters.
For this role the Head of Pricing is looking to speak to candidates who have a wealth of pricing experience within the Lloyd's/London Market and who have successfully managed teams in the past. Candidates must be FIA Qualified.
