Lead Actuary - Management Role

Our client, a leading Lloyd's/London Market Insurer, is looking to hire a Lead Actuary to take accountability for the reinsurance and casualty treaty team. For this role the hiring manager is looking for someone who has over 10 years' of experience and who comes from a Lloyd's background.

This role will manage a team of 4. You need to be able to build strong rapport with underwriters as this is highly business facing. You will be looking to see where improvements can be made to the portfolios and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses.

You will also be involved in pricing activity. This is to look after the treaty portfolio - no prior treaty experience needed.

This role requires candidates who can go to the office 3 days a week. They can support a 4 day working week.
