Standalone Senior Payroll Officer for a global media company in Sydney Your new company
This client is a well-established media company with clients all around the world; they are seeking a standalone Senior Payroll Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will:

• Process full function payroll for a medium-volume workforce
• Calculate terminations, redundancies, process onboarding and new hires, employee changes, ad hoc duties etc
• Prepare month-end reporting and various journals
• Answer all payroll queries from employees and staff
• Relevant Centrelink payments, rectifying payroll discrepancies efficiently
• Prepare reports and submit them to relevant departments

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in ERP systems
