Business Development Manager in Perth working within the Asset, Equipment Finance, Commercial Lending Sector Your new company
Join an expanding Australian Non-Bank Lender who are rated for providing great service to their brokers and customers with fast and flexible solutions! They are changing things and are eager to have a BDM join their busy and expanding team! With a new way of thinking and a better way of working, you will be entrusted and given the opportunity to work alongside some fantastic leaders to build out your own portfolio.

Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Connecting with new & existing brokers, ensuring you understand their needs whilst offering a solution
  • Liaising with referral partners and introducers, understanding the broad market and options available to them
  • Being aware of the entire deal, including the loan requirements and risk management needs
  • Onboarding new brokers and assisting with their client queries
  • Working with a high attention to detail, inputting accurate information into systems
  • What you'll need to succeed
    The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working in a BDM/Sales role within Equipment, Asset Finance (Preferred) or Commercial/Business Lending
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of both conforming and non-conforming loan industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • The right attitude and someone who wants to be the best!
