Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join their Regulatory Reporting Operations team in Krakow, Poland.

The Assistant Vice President will play a crucial role in preparing regulatory reporting returns, providing subject matter expertise, and contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Regulatory Reporting Operations department.

Position Overview
The Assistant Vice President will play a crucial role in preparing regulatory reporting returns, providing subject matter expertise, and contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Regulatory Reporting Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory reporting returns to high standards
- Provide expertise on RWAs to stakeholders
- Contribute to EBA QIS and Climate stress testing
- Ensure excellence in reporting and regulatory requests
- Support delivery of Regulatory Reporting transformation initiatives
- Deliver impact analysis for Basel 3 reforms
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes
- Support business transformation on strategic projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory reporting
- Strong knowledge of Basel regulation and RWA risk types
- Deep understanding of CRR, especially in Counterparty Credit Risk
- Experience preparing COREP templates, EBA QIS/Stress test templates, Pillar 3 disclosures
- Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and data excerpts
- Experience delivering regulatory change through functional requirements and UAT
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA beneficial
- Quantitative degree with professional education in Finance Skills
- Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide preferable
