Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced AVP, Senior Analyst to support their model risk management initiatives in Krakow, Poland.

The AVP, Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting model governance and management initiatives across Finance, ensuring policy compliance and effective risk management practices.

The AVP, Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting model governance and management initiatives across Finance, ensuring policy compliance and effective risk management practices.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of policy-compliant model risk management practices
- Conduct analyses, reporting, and sample testing of governance practices
- Serve as SME on model inventory systems and policies
- Execute periodic Inventory Attestation exercises and reporting to governance forums
- Manage and track GFA Issues and relevant Audit Issues
- Degree in analytical discipline (e.g., science, business, economics, finance/accounting)
- Experience in risk governance and management within a regulated environment
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, preferably in financial services
- Knowledge or experience in model governance, management, development, monitoring, or validation
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant dashboarding tools
