Position Overview
The Vice President of Reporting Operations will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of various regulatory reporting deliverables, providing subject matter expertise to stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality and accuracy of regulatory reporting deliverables
- Provide subject matter expertise to business, Risk and Finance stakeholders
- Contribute to delivery of EBA QIS and Climate stress testing returns
- Ensure reporting outputs reflect accepted regulatory policy and standards
- Participate in capital planning activities to optimise regulatory ratios
- Develop strong working relationships with Regulatory Reporting leads
- Support successful delivery of Regulatory Reporting transformation initiatives
- Ensure necessary changes are made to meet regulatory reporting requirements
- Experienced finance professional with proven track record in Regulatory or Financial Reporting
- Qualified accountant or equivalent academic background with 10-15 years' experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory or financial reporting requirements (capital, liquidity, RWAs, etc.)
- Experience in controllership role designing and maintaining control frameworks
- Confident working with stakeholders to drive and influence outcomes
- Understanding of regulatory environment, guidelines, and new developments
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive for quality
