Our client, a trusted international financial institution, is seeking a skilled Senior Manager to join their Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team in Krakow, Poland. Position Overview
As a Senior Manager in the RRP team, you will ensure the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements from the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and the European Central Bank (ECB) in recovery and resolution planning. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement the bank's Treasury strategy and communicate its impacts to the business lines.

Position Overview

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement the bank's Treasury strategy and communicate its impacts to the business lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory affairs on resolution planning from relevant authorities
- Engage with businesses and functions to enhance resolvability activities
- Coordinate regulatory queries with concerned stakeholders
- Prepare supporting packages for steering committees and senior management
- Participate in the preparation of regulatory reporting returns
- Contribute to the development of the resolution plan and strategy
- Support the preparation of the Recovery plan
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial control experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent academic background
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills (IFRS, Finrep, regulatory reporting)
- Proven experience managing and engaging large financial teams
- Ability to drive effective teamwork and collaboration across teams
- Track record of leading change in complex environments
- Excellent prioritisation, influencing, and change management skills
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders from various functions
