Job duties:
- Manage daily client cash deposits, withdrawals, and other fund transfers and payments.
- Collaborate with ECM/IBD on managing IPO/private placement operations.
- Process physical certificate deposits, withdrawals, and share transfers.
- Execute daily settlement processing for securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and other structured products, ensuring follow-up on any failures.
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliation of trades and positions.
- Engage in projects involving tasks like writing test cases, conducting UAT, and assisting in system migrations.
- Bachelor degree holder
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in fund transfers and settlement within the securities brokerage industry.
- Demonstrated hands-on familiarity with HKEX-related platforms, Clearstream, and Euroclear.
- Proficient understanding of securities, fixed incomes, listed and OTC derivatives, and structured products settlement processes.
- Capable of working autonomously and being open to overtime or work during public holidays.
- Ability to handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
