Do you have a proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes within a dynamic and collaborative team? We're looking for a Market Compliance Monitoring Analyst to:
• Provide timely analysis and disposition of automated Market Surveillance alerts.
• Execute Control Reviews of the Global Capital Market and Best Execution
• Develop, test and implement Market Surveillance Solutions
• Partner with IT Teams to support optimized data delivery
Your team
You'll be joining the UBS Market Conduct Execution C&ORC IB Team in Krakow. The team is agile and dynamic, covering serval discrete Monitoring and Surveillance disciplines. We provide 2LoD Control coverage for the UK and EU IB businesses via our Automated and manual Control environment. The Krakow Team is part of the broader UK/EMEA Market Conduct Execution Team and works collaboratively with the UK Team as well as other Regional and Global Market Conduct Execution Teams
Your expertise
• At least 2-3 years of prior experience in financial markets or related control function such as Audit, Compliance, Finance, Front /Middle or Back Office.
• At least basic understanding of Investment Banking business
• Knowledge of market infrastructure and trade lifecycle is a plus
• Knowledge of European and UK Regulations & Market Conduct regimes is a plus
• Experience testing and implementing new technological solutions is a plus
