Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless office management. This dynamic role offers exposure to a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. Proficiency in Korean and English is required to fulfil the responsibilities effectively. Key duties include:
- Managing service contracts (IT, office building, internet, etc.).
- Overseeing company and expatriate insurance requirements.
- Handling billing, office supplies, and company car administration.
- Organising and maintaining document management systems.
- Providing IT and security management support.
- Coordinating expatriate welfare programs and settlement assistance.
- Planning and organising company events.
- Previous experience in a similar administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, including speaking, reading, and writing, to manage bilingual communication and documentation.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- A passion for delivering efficient and effective administrative support.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
