We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Product and Acquisition
Principal responsibilities

• Formulate effective Card Product strategies and actions to drive acquisition and growth targets and increase market share
• Manage the Card Product profitability with due consideration on RWA effectiveness
• Drive digital innovation in card origination and servicing journey to provide a customer centric and easy to navigate experience
• Drive distribution and channel strategy for card acquisition to maximize sales productivity and attain optimal cost mix
• Strategize acquisition strategy through effective marketing communication mix
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities arising from the evolving market landscape in Cards and Payment industry
• Drive innovative and customer relevant new product launch with collaboration with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Digital and IT teams
• Liaise with Cards Associations and payment service partners to provide customized business solutions and support to build win-win relationships
• Track performance of initiatives, evaluate customer response and feedback and drive for improvement and ongoing optimization

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and related disciplines
• Senior management experience in Banking or Cards and Payments products development and portfolio management
• Strong acumen in Cards and Payments business dynamics with solid experience in managing and growing a sizable portfolio
• Strong commercial judgment with a proven track record of bringing new customer solutions and innovations to generate portfolio growth
• Proven experience in product management
• Sound awareness and knowledge about the use of data analytics and customer behavior
• Highly motivated, fast-paced, and possession of strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Experience to lead a team of professionals
