Job Description:
Participate throughout the compensation payment process for multi-distribution channels. Responsible for all aspects contributing to the accuracy of compensation payments within the defined timeframe.
Monitor Validation and Review Regular Compensation Settlement (30%)
Develop Risk Control Measures (20%)
Support Recruitment and Compensation Packages (20%)

Job Description:
Participate throughout the compensation payment process for multi-distribution channels. Responsible for all aspects contributing to the accuracy of compensation payments within the defined timeframe.
Monitor Validation and Review Regular Compensation Settlement (30%)
- Implement administration policies to monitor the validation and settlement generated by the compensation system
- Ensure accurate deliverables on distribution payment and clawback
Develop Risk Control Measures (20%)
- Lead the development of risk control measures
- Review compensation manual, work procedures and contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
Support Recruitment and Compensation Packages (20%)
- Lead the team to support new agency recruitment packages
- Oversee the implementation of revamped compensation, and bouses schemes
Stakeholder Communication (10%)
- Communicate with stakeholders to share findings on enquiries and appeal cases
Financial Reporting (10%)
- Prepare and submit monthly accrual & amortization reports to internal customers in Finance
People Management (5%)
- Lead a team of channel compensation
Ad Hoc Projects (5%)
- Participate in ad hoc projects as Company assigned
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Sensitive to numbers and good commend in Excel
- Insurance knowledge with hands-on experience in compensation payment operations for multi-distribution channels
- Good command in both English and Chinese
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Distribution Compensation Management
- FLMI qualification is an advantage
