Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end reconciliations and closing activities to ensure accurate and reliable financial records.
Offer expert financial advice to support deal structuring and business decision-making.
Manage the accounting setup for Equity Derivatives products.
Prepare and deliver both routine and ad-hoc financial reports for various stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and accuracy in their work.
Develop insightful presentations with analytics for senior leadership discussions.
Maintain and update key documentation for reporting procedures.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and strengthen internal controls.
Support year-end audits and tax filings.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in financial services or financial reporting.
Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income products.
CPA certification or equivalent qualification is required.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork.
Proven track record of upholding high ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with internal control practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
