Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement the organization's long-term strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead scenario modeling and financial projections to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
- Implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of finance processes and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with group and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial literacy and strategic alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with HKICPA or other professional related qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for candidates with a consulting background.
- Proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
