Head of Home Optimisation Pricing

A fast-growing personal lines insurer is looking to bring on board a top pricing professional to take ownership of pricing optimisation for home insurance.

You'll have the autonomy to shape the pricing optimisation function, managing a team of 2 currently, with the scope to expand. The focus of the team will be the technical improvement of pricing optimisation through the implementation of data science. Whilst you will manage the existing function in Radar, you'll also look to create a python based approach in tandem with the data science team.

The ideal candidate has strong pricing optimisation experience, a background in pricing sophistication / data science, and the drive to grow with the company.
