Commercial Finance Manager - Retail

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Manager with retail industry experience to drive business performance. You will play a key role in business partnering with the retail team to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our London office. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 6-month contract with the likelihood of extension or a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights
• Partner with the retail team to optimize operations
• Support budget planning and forecasting
• Own P&L and deliver accurate reporting

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Retail industry experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business partnering skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
