Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and reconciling Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and other related tasks, while maintaining positive communication with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in client account opening, KYC, AML, TA handling, and other procedures, ensuring a timely understanding of investor requirements and establishing effective feedback channels.
  • Assist in the work with custodians, brokers, banks, auditors and any other professional service providers.
  • Facilitate the preparation of financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts, and resolve audit issues.
  • Review, update, and implement internal control procedures and manuals.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting from Hong Kong or overseas universities.
  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund administration, auditing or professional financial firms
  • Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Strong logical thinking abilities, excellent planning and organizational skills, and outstanding communication and execution capabilities.
  • Strong ability to learn and understand the regulations, policies, and regulatory requirements related to fund investments.
  • Clear thinking, logical reasoning, a diligent and pragmatic work attitude, and a strong sense of risk management.
