Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and reconciling Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and other related tasks, while maintaining positive communication with internal and external parties.
Assist in client account opening, KYC, AML, TA handling, and other procedures, ensuring a timely understanding of investor requirements and establishing effective feedback channels.
Assist in the work with custodians, brokers, banks, auditors and any other professional service providers.
Facilitate the preparation of financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts, and resolve audit issues.
Review, update, and implement internal control procedures and manuals.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting from Hong Kong or overseas universities.
Around 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund administration, auditing or professional financial firms
Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
Strong logical thinking abilities, excellent planning and organizational skills, and outstanding communication and execution capabilities.
Strong ability to learn and understand the regulations, policies, and regulatory requirements related to fund investments.
Clear thinking, logical reasoning, a diligent and pragmatic work attitude, and a strong sense of risk management.
