VP, Investment Finance & Transformation - Real Estate Finance

Our client, a global investment manager, is looking to hire a VP in a newly created role sitting as part of their Real Estate Investment Finance team. Based in Singapore this role will support the regional Business Finance group and be a key senior member of the fund finance team.

Whilst you will support the APAC Head in oversight of fund operations, fund and valuation reporting the main focus of this role will be to manage and deliver large, complex, and cross-functional finance transformation and technology projects.

You will come with

• 15+ years' experience of accounting / private equity / real estate experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA/CA professional qualification
• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in a managerial role within private equity/real estate
• Ability to work effectively across a global organisation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, strategic thinker and planner
• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary
