Our client is responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, and after-sales support for one of the most reknown automotive products across the European region. They are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join their team at their headquarters in Amsterdam.

Functie

• Collaborate with local Sales, Finance, external partners, and dealers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional financial services programs.
• Oversee daily financial services operations in the region.
• Optimize operational performance with financial services partners.
• Benchmark products and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Provide internal training to the region in collaboration with partners.
• Foster strong relationships with Finance, Digital, Training, Network Development, and IT.

Profiel

• Proven experience in automotive finance (retail and wholesale) - 1 or 2 years
• AP/AR experience preferred
• Global/European organizational experience and understanding of vehicle financing preferred
• Knowledge of country-specific financial services needs
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills
• Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Competitive salary: 3000-4200, gross salary per month
