Job Description
The Accounting Department is responsible for the organization's financial and business metrics infrastructure. This includes reporting clear and accurate financial data and reporting data internally and to outside agencies. Please note, this is a hybrid position, therefore, applicants must be within commuting distance of our location in Branchville, NJ.

Job Description
The Accounting Department is responsible for the organization's financial and business metrics infrastructure. Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounting Department by accurately recording financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Perform reconciliations by comparing different sets of financial records to ensure they match and identify any discrepancies.
- Create detailed financial exhibits and compile comprehensive reports that provide insights into the company's financial status.
- Provide assistance with a variety of tasks and projects as they arise.
Qualifications
- Must be a current college student actively working towards an Accounting degree to qualify (rising seniors preferred).
- Be a self-starter and be able to take direction and follow instructions with attention to detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment and perform under pressure and multi-task successfully.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
- College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.
