As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Finance Lead with a strong background in strategic planning, management reporting and analysis to join the team.

Your new role

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and regular business review for management's decision-making
• Drive the flow of budget planning, strategic business planning and forecasting
• Oversee and track various KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained
• Partner with different departments across the business on various business cases, ad-hoc projects and strategic plans
• Lead an engaged and performing team with a positive culture
• Handle the financial modelling for new business plans and strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant accounting, finance, business, strategy or planning experience
• Qualified CPA, CFA or similar qualification preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Have a strategic and analytical mindset
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
