Sourcing Manager - Driving Procurement Excellence

Our client, a leading global banking and financial services organisation, is seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to support the execution of strategic sourcing projects and contribute to the delivery of annual savings targets in Poland and Switzerland.

Position Overview

The Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence by managing end-to-end sourcing activities across various categories and geographies, applying supply, cost, and demand levers to maximise value for the business.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing approaches to deliver maximum value
• Conduct negotiations and implement, extend, and terminate contracts
• Contribute to annual and sustainable savings targets
• Support sourcing projects in Poland and Switzerland
• Analyse data and conduct benchmarking studies

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar procurement or sourcing role
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
• Effective negotiation skills to drive savings
• University degree or higher qualification
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is an asset
