Our client, a leading international banking and financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Programme PMO to support their Finance Change Delivery team in delivering regulatory and financial reporting solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency and compliance within a global institution.
Position Overview
The Programme PMO will establish an industrialised PMO to support the FSTP Programme, ensuring alignment with best practices and overseeing key activities such as governance, reporting, resourcing, and budget control.

Position Overview
The Programme PMO will establish an industrialised PMO to support the FSTP Programme, ensuring alignment with best practices and overseeing key activities such as governance, reporting, resourcing, and budget control.
Responsibilities
- Establish PMO standards and approach in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure compliance with Change Framework standards and methodologies
- Manage requirements identification and analysis for FSTP phases
- Identify and manage impacts of new product implementations
- Track risks and issues, involving key programme members
- Facilitate development of communication and reporting strategy
- Establish and operate an effective Change Control process
- Maintain a searchable and shareable knowledge repository
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Project/Programme management qualification (PMP or Prince 2 preferred)
- Strong knowledge and delivery experience with Change Framework standards
- Proven leadership and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 3-5 years' experience in Financial Services
- Proven PMO experience in a large Programme or portfolio
- Ability to work independently and proactively in an agile environment
