Our client, a leading international banking and financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead to drive finance change and project management initiatives in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance operations within a global institution.
Position Overview
As the TOM Lead, you will spearhead working groups and project workstreams to develop and implement the Target Operating Model, processes, and controls across the organisation's finance function. This critical role ensures the successful integration of Finance requirements and manages the impact of systems implementation.

Position Overview
As the TOM Lead, you will spearhead working groups and project workstreams to develop and implement the Target Operating Model, processes, and controls across the organisation's finance function. This critical role ensures the successful integration of Finance requirements and manages the impact of systems implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead working groups and project workstreams to create TOM
- Manage implementation of Finance requirements across structures and processes
- Assess and manage impacts of systems implementation in HBCE
- Identify dependencies and collaborate with other workstreams for efficiency
- Produce reporting/dashboards for status, plan, risks, issues, and budget
- Conduct analysis of process and business specifications for delivery
- Ensure alignment and simplification of processes, controls, and architectures
- Create change management plans for FSTP systems implementation
- Document and validate processes, controls, and structures
- Design TOM in Finance and drive implementation roadmap
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance Change and Project Management
- Experience in large-scale systems implementation projects in Banking/Finance
- Knowledge of project management methodology
- Strong communication, navigation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to clarify and translate business needs into requirements
- Experience working in large teams across multiple locations
- Strong presentation and delivery skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience working in an agile environment with a positive attitude
