Head of Family Office
West London, Office-based
Up to £150,000 p.a.
We are partnered with a prestigious family office with significant interests in the property development industry seeking a qualified Accountant to join the team as the Head of Family Office. You will be reporting directly to the owner of the business.

We are partnered with a prestigious family office with significant interests in the property development industry seeking a qualified Accountant to join the team as the Head of Family Office. You will be reporting directly to the owner of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice workflows, approval processes, and weekly payment reporting.
- Oversee bank account administration and liaise with banks for payment processing.
- Analyse and review quotes and invoices for cost control and accuracy.
- Handle daily accounting and annual accounts for various entities, including yacht and land partnership
- Prepare construction budgets, conduct bank reconciliations, and manage VAT returns.
- Assist with personal and corporate tax matters, including liaising with tax advisors.
- Coordinate with private banks and brokers for asset transactions.
- Monitor liquidity and oversee cash management strategies.
- Manage financing for property projects.
- Arrange and manage insurance for private properties, assets, and yachts.
- Handle claims, disposals, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with overseas administrators to manage international staff employment and payroll.
- Liaise with property staff and third parties for maintenance, security, and contracts.
- Oversee major projects, such as archiving and property-related initiatives.
- Assist with procurement, recruitment, and vendor management
- Provide administrative support for succession planning and tax compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification
- Significant experience in family office management and high-net-worth environments
- Experience in Property development/ Construction/ Real Estate is necessary
- Excellent attention to detail is fundamental in this role
