Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitoring and analysing financial performance, including variance analysis.
• Supporting business decisions with financial insights and data.
• Managing cash flow and assisting with cost control initiatives.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic plans.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
