Financial Accountant

Our client is a leading company in the welding industry with having long years of presence.

Functie
The Financial Accountant supports the Regional Financial Officer with the local financial responsibilities(management of local financial control systems and maintenance of all relevant records). She/he supports and reports to the Regional Financial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate and timely preparation of the administration, reports for group and statutory requirements including liaison with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of The Netherlands.

TASKS

• General Finance & Controlling tasks & responsibilities.
• Responsibility for day to day accounting activities (eg. Posting incoming and outgoing invoices,administration. and maintenance of master data in SAP, credit control and reconciling bank accounts etc.)
• Settle accounts receivable & payable accounting.
• Assets accounting.
• Handling or steering payment transactions and dunning process.
• Preparation of tax declarations.
• Fleet ownership (car, other capital expenditures) and administration.
• Preparation of monthly payroll administration and reporting (salaries, bonuses', pensions, vacation days)
• Preparation administration for month end.
• Preparing monthly reports.

Profiel

• Having relevant years of experience in a similar role.
• Can work in a dynamic working environement.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills. (Swedish language would also be a huge plus)
