Functie
Reporting and Consolidation

• Prepare the financial reporting package including monthly/quarterly/annual closing procedures
• Prepare and review quarterly balance sheet reports
• Ensure the correct application of accounting principles and company norms across various areas such as turnover, margin, liabilities, risk provisions, fixed assets, stock, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare reports for the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS)
• Maintain up-to-date information regarding the group's framework, norms, and principles
• Collaborate with external auditors
• Prepare financial statements
• Standardize and optimize internal processes

Internal Controls

• Provide ongoing support for internal control (IC) practices and promote the IC culture within the team
• Connect with the group's internal control network and share best practices
• Ensure full implementation of the group's IC system, and evaluate process effectiveness
• Design and update the risk and controls matrix
• Timely report any violations of controls and follow up
• Coordinate internal audits

Profiel

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, specifically in financial controlling or internal audit
• Experience with a Big 4 firm is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Proactive, result-oriented, and stress-resistant with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and experience in stakeholder management
• Analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about sports
