Interpath Advisory is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Services Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, supporting our operational functions and providing a welcoming environment for both employees and clients.

As the Office Services Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and facilitating communication within the office. Your contributions will help enhance our workplace's efficiency and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-maintained and organised workspace.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff, including catering and logistics.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any office-related inquiries or issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to address any maintenance or repair needs in the office.
  • Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with office management software and equipment is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
