We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I to join our tax reporting team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Tax due diligence support - Support the operations to comply with the requirements of Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS)
• Provide operational support for the preparation, review and validation of tax documents, and maintenance of tax records and reports for internal and/or external clients.
• Perform first-level and second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.
• Support the coordination and preparation of tax-related regulatory filings. Gather required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
• Track daily metrics and provide status updates on progress of data collection.
• Update tax forms and information return layouts in accordance with department policies.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Candidates with atleast 4 years of experience
• Atleast graduate; Preferably postgraduate, with good analytical and excel skills
• Good communication skills is a must
• The role will require the associate to review and process tax documents, and assist with data gathering and reporting. Any documentation, including KYC experience, is preferred. FATCA CRS Experience is a bonus.
• Work done with Forms W8, Form W9 and CRS Self Certifications is a bonus
