We are in search of an Senior Asset Manager to oversee our commercial property portfolio within the real estate developers sector, based in New York, New York. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be involved in the full spectrum of asset management, including acquisition, disposition, development, and capitalization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the firm's diverse portfolio, including retail assets, office properties, urban parking garages, and large-scale land development sites.

• Ensure accurate and regular reporting to the Board of Directors on asset management activities.

• Lead the acquisition and disposition process, maintaining an updated understanding of market conditions.

• Oversee development projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful completion.

• Direct the firm's investment strategies, considering the current market trends and the firm's objectives.

• Utilize enterprise resource planning tools and CRM software to enhance efficiency in operations.

• Implement and adhere to budget processes, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

• Maintain strong communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.

• Uphold compliance standards within all operations, ensuring adherence to legal and industry regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Real Estate - Developers industry
  • 8+ years in asset management at a real estate firm

• Previous role as an Operations Manager or similar managerial position

• Proficiency in 3M software

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services software

• Expertise in CRM systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning programs

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Ability to use About Time software

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and standards

• Outstanding Customer Service skills
