Director, Business Finance - Asset and Wealth Management

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently communicate financial information to the senior executives providing them with insights and recommendations on different business matters related to revenue, performance, portfolio development, optimization, etc.
• Oversee preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports.
• Set and track the financial KPIs to monitor the financial health of the business and optimize the decision-making process.
• Be an advisor to the Business's decision makers and C-level stakeholders in key strategic business initiatives and revenue & profitability analysis.

To be eligible for this position, you will require:

• A degree in Accounting / Finance coupled with a relevant qualification (HKICPA, CPA Australia, etc.)
• Solid experience (10+ yrs) in Business Finance / Management Reporting / Performance Analysis functions gained from global Wealth Management / Asset Management firms.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of the industry rules and trends.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Cantonese language skills are a distinct advantage.
