Work on a 6 month fixed term contract, supporting customers over the phone Your new companyWork for a company that provides real discounts and deals for every day, including travel, dining, activities and retail. With over 20 years' of providing thousands of great offers from different businesses, often at half the price, you will support their customers with all inbound enquiries regarding the product. This position is 100% remote, so I am interested in speaking with customer service professionals who are self-motivated and have experience working in a contact centre.
Working on a 6-month fixed term contract with a potential for permanency based upon business needs
Your new roleYou will provide outstanding customer service to inbound callers with a wide range of enquiries, from discount codes not working, to not understanding how to use the app correctly. You will be patient and understanding as you represent the company.
There will be KPIs involved but ensuring you are servicing the customer as best as possible is key. This position is 100% work from home, so you will ensure you are self-motivated and dedicated to the role and its customers. You will be able to follow any KPI direction from the comfort of your own home. Having the flexibility to work across a 6-day week and sharing the load as a close-knit team.9am-7pm rotating roster Mon-FriThe Saturday shift shared between the team is working 9am-12pm.
