Their office is based in Varsity Lakes, and they are seeking a passionate Accounts Officer to join their team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Your new role
The role of the Accounts Officer, reporting to the Financial Controller, will include the following responsibilities:- Manage accounts payables and receivables processes- Perform reconciliations for multiple bank accounts- Prepare cash flow reports on a regular basis- Assist in month-end processing activities such as journals, accruals, and prepayments- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring- Complete BAS returns accurately and on time
