Role Title: Cargo Underwriter
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to profitably underwrite, analyze, and develop a very profitable cargo account in line with the Annual Business Plan targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and analyze the cargo account to meet business objectives.
• Provide clear direction, goals, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster collaboration and drive company culture through open communication and leadership.
• Develop and implement annual performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain and enhance technical training and personal development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACII or equivalent professional qualification.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Proven underwriting ability and competence.

Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in underwriting within the cargo class.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and lead within a team environment.
• Open to cargo brokers.
