Client Services Representative

One of our clients, who is a leading custodian bank based in Leudelange, Luxembourg is seeking a Client Services Representative.

Details of the Role:

• Duration: 3+ months, with potential for extension
• Location: On-site in Leudelange, Luxembourg (at least 3 days per week)
• Rate: Competitive daily rate in Euros

Multilingual Partner for Investor Services Center (ISC) - Languages: English (mandatory); German, French, or other languages considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries and calls from investors of NTGS SE clients (Funds).
• Provide exceptional communication and support to investors.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of the fund industry, particularly Transfer Agency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Transfer Agency systems (e.g., MFTA or similar).
• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
