Job Description

Role : Assistant Relationship Manager
Location : Dubai

Role Purpose:
Helping RMs and contribute for generating required revenue. Preparing CAs, contacting customers on day-to-day basis as and when required to finish the required jobs for them up to the satisfaction. Provide high level of Customer Service & Special attention for BBD Clients in Business Centers and Increase acquisition (NTB).

KEY METRICS:
  • Service: Satisfactory level of service
  • Revenue: Support RMs in achieving revenue targets
  • Control: UAE central bank and GCD

Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Support RMs in services.
  • Attend all after sales services, needs & requirements.
  • Educate business banking clients about product and services "IVR, Online banking, Call Center, Cash management services etc.
  • Call Report preparation to be high standards i.e., informative, presentable, conclusive, professional, and comprehensive.
  • Prepare credit applications - analysis financial statements and make it ready for the approval. Ensure that CA's for new clients and also renewals for existing clients are correctly prepared in accordance with the bank polices and regulatory framework
  • Ensure that all documentations for credit proposals are complete with sufficient covered collaterals.
  • Initiates and ensures disbursements and adjustments of finances.
  • Liaise with various internal departments (credit-risk, legal, operations, Trade finance...) for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions.
  • Ensure that the approved credit lines are valid and available for the clients.
  • Verifies/ inspects hypothecated /pledged inventory, mortgage fixed assets.... etc. to ensure minimum credit risk.
  • Maintain high standard service with customers and ensure no complains.
  • Responding on customers calls and starts with appropriate greetings.
  • Strictly adhere to Bank's financing policy Manual and report any exceptions.
  • Perform other tasks specified by Management.

Previous experience:
