Agile Business Analyst - Global Banking & Financial Services

Our client, a leading global banking and financial services organisation, is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to support their transformative journey towards becoming a data-driven entity. Position Overview

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will provide critical support and guidance on best practices governing cookies and similar technologies globally, playing a key role in enhancing privacy compliance and data governance across the organisation's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and record Cookie Privacy Assessments
• Assist stakeholders in understanding and addressing relevant considerations
• Draft and update Cookies Notices for various websites
• Investigate and understand root causes and purposes of trackers
• Troubleshoot and modify scans as needed
• Report on compliance status, risks, issues, and remediation
• Advise on and create alerts on Consent Logging Solution dashboards
• Identify issues, advise on remediation, and track progress
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and ensure resolution

Requirements

• Familiarity with privacy issues impacting cookies
• Strong technical and non-technical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills across different stakeholder levels
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
• Can-do attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
• Understanding of cookie regulations (beneficial)
• Experience with SharePoint, MS Office tools, Jira, and Confluence
• Knowledge of ad-tech and cookie Consent Management Systems
• Experience with ObservePoint or similar tracker scanning tools
• High-level understanding of mobile (iOS and Android) architecture and development lifecycle
