Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account and Regulatory Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the world's leading Global Broker, within their Regulatory Support team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to verify and audit the banking information of our trading partners as needed for claims settlements and similar.

We will rely on you to:
  • Communicate via telephone and email with trading partners to verify banking information prior to settlement
  • Maintain and verify client and third-party banking details
  • Verify the data inputted by the account opening team at various stages, to ensure accuracy
  • Correctly handle large volumes of sensitive information
  • Understand and adhere to Marsh group and UK Regulator requirements

What you need to have:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy skills
  • Experience of handling sensitive information
  • Technically proficient in MS office products to include MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
