Credit Control opportunity in a national leading organisation Your new company
Our client is a national company based south of the river. They are currently looking for a Credit Control Officer to join their credit team of 4. You will be joining an established and successful business.
Your new roleManage the full credit control function for up to 4000 customers in a team of 3. Managing the debtor control of ledgers, addressing client queries and issuing statements Dispute resolution for any issues with missed or over-due payments Processing and allocating incoming payments Processing and setting up new credit accounts What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous credit control experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills. You will have experience working in a team and also independently in order to achieve team and individual targets and deadlines. You will also have experience with ERP systems.
