Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Associate is responsible for running a number of different finance initiatives including the following:.
Within Citco Corporate Solutions ('C2S'), the Accounting Associate is expected to work with the Project Management and Finance groups and be a key member of the Operations Support team.
The Accounting Associate will report to the Accounting Supervisor.

Responsibilities
The Accounting Associate is responsible for running a number of different finance initiatives including the following:.
- Assist with the Accounting Supervisor coordinating across all Citco Corporate Solutions ('C2S'), annual indexation process around 20+ offices impact over 10,000 clients.
- Take ownership of all changes from Local Offices which impact billing and invoicing out of Oracle EBS. This will mean liaising with MDM team.
Within Citco Corporate Solutions ('C2S'), the Accounting Associate is expected to work with the Project Management and Finance groups and be a key member of the Operations Support team.
The Accounting Associate will report to the Accounting Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
- Process revenue changes correctly and accurately and follow instructions on changes to be completed;
- Complete processing of the changes to invoices to the internal accounting platforms. Work with the MDM team to efficiently process all changes to the internal accounting application
- Within the process, look for further automation, business process optimization and standardization techniques.
- Involvement in the amendment and set-up of static data for revenue purposes
- Follow the relevant procedures and user guides as necessary, including quality controls to ensure data integrity input.
Process instructions to change key revenue statis data as follows:
- Ensure that instructions are processed correctly by the teams;
- Additional set-up of static data to allow transactions to be processed
- Provide reviews and error reporting on booking errors / issues
- Work with Local Offices and MDM globally to resolve errors / issues
- Follow the relevant procedures and user guides as necessary, including quality controls to ensure data integrity input.
- Identify and escalate areas of improvements, including, but not limited to, automation.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting would be an advantage.
- Accounting qualifications would be an advantage.
- You are effective planning and organizational experience to set priorities and coordinate projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have financial / accounting and analytical skills and the ability to deliver high quality service.
- Organizational skills - ability to manage several sub-projects in parallel, keeping matters organized and prioritized.
- Technical appetite - Advanced Excel skills; interest in automation solutions
- Ability to work with and adapt to different cultures, requiring different management styles in order to make people cooperate for the larger goal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible to work with different time zones.
- Excellent English communication skills, in writing and verbally.
