For our client, based in Vaud (not far from Aigle), we are searching for a :

Recruitment Coordinator

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team, facilitate candidate engagement, and support a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will oversee external contractor relationships and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Interviewing and Selection
  • Coordinate interview schedules for shortlisted candidates and arrange logistics as needed.
  • Conduct reference and pre-employment checks in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure all required assessments and screenings are complete, reporting any concerns promptly.
  • Communicate recruitment decisions to candidates and provide follow-up with unsuccessful applicants.
Onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment records in the company's HR system.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
  • Support induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
External Contractors and Compliance
  • Keep an updated list of contractors, ensuring they meet all legal and internal requirements.
  • Validate contractors' legal eligibility to operate in Switzerland.
General HR Support
  • Respond to unsolicited applications and maintain talent pools.
  • Provide support for other HR functions and cover team members when needed.
  • Generate regular recruitment reports and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • 2/3 years proven recruitment experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an emphasis on diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor laws and safeguarding practices.
