Job Responsibilities:

Support financial management for international operations, focusing on expanding banking relationships in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, as well as international tax planning, structure design, tax risk management, and tax filing.
Leverage expertise in international tax policies, particularly those relevant to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asian nations, to align corporate tax planning strategies with the company's global business objectives.
Utilize knowledge of the financial technology sector to enhance overseas business development through financial function support, analyzing business models, and establishing effective transaction structures.
Monitor and assess tax developments in key markets where the company operates, identifying potential risks and providing informed tax assessment recommendations.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of financial experience, including at least 2 years in an international setting.
Preferred qualifications include tax accountant, CPA, or ACCA certifications.
Experience in financial operations or financial integration for overseas internet businesses is a plus.
Strong expertise in tax management and coordination, with hands-on experience highly valued.
Possess a global perspective, exceptional resource integration skills, and the ability to build and maintain external relationships.
Proficient in Mandarin and English; fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
