Team Profile

Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

What will you be doing?

> Interact with Business Units, infrastructure groups, Firm management and regulators to ensure appropriate ownership for the execution of the contingency plans described in the Firm's Recovery Plans, development of recovery actions and scenario analysis ;
> Work within cross-divisional project teams to support the delivery and enhancement of UK and EU RRP deliverables including operational, structural and financial modelling considerations - and present findings to senior internal governance forums and regulators ;
> Build close links with other key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Tax, Legal, Operations and Technology ;
> Manage and execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process ;
> Analyse RRP impact from new products and transactions ;
> Coordinate, with support from other Firm RRP teams as required, submission of other RRP information required by UK and European regulators ;
> Add value and be productive in our high energy setting .

What we're looking for:

> Working experience of regulatory requirements relating to RRP ;
> Strong analytical and communication capabilities including ability to summarise complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity ;
> Strong teamwork skills are essential with an ability to work with virtual teams and colleagues across the regions contributing to common goals ;
> A strong sense of organisation and time management skills ;
> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and regulator-facing skills ;
> Experience of managing people and developing talent ;
> Worked in a high-paced environment and use multi-tasking to your advantage ;
