We are hiring an experienced CRM Assistant - Eastern Europe and Germany to join our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with inquiries and addressing related requests
- Managing deposits, transfers, and check processing
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all customer transactions and interactions
- Preparing account opening documentation and processing applications internally
- Executing trade orders, including Stock Exchange and FX Trades
Your Profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Banking Specialist or higher education in Business Administration (university/FH)
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management
- Industry-specific knowledge and expertise required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems such as Avaloq is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Hands-on approach, able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German; proficiency in an Eastern European language is a plus
