We are hiring an experienced CRM Assistant - Eastern Europe and Germany to join our client, a prestigious Swiss private bank.

Location: Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and addressing related requests
  • Managing deposits, transfers, and check processing
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all customer transactions and interactions
  • Preparing account opening documentation and processing applications internally
  • Executing trade orders, including Stock Exchange and FX Trades

Your Profile:
  • Completed apprenticeship as a Banking Specialist or higher education in Business Administration (university/FH)
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • Industry-specific knowledge and expertise required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems such as Avaloq is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Hands-on approach, able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in an Eastern European language is a plus
