Role Overview:
As a Senior Customer Data Platform Consultant, you should display deep business, industry, and product knowledge to facilitate a successful Customer Data Platform (CDP) programme for clients. This role will combine strategic and technical responsibilities. You will manage stakeholders and business relationships to deliver CDP use cases. You should utilise your appropriate technical skills to guide and engage with stakeholders throughout the end-to-end CDP lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies and use cases, in addition to providing architectural guidance on CDPs. You will develop and maintain positive client relationships to progress their CDP journey, ensuring the client realises value from their investment.

As a Senior Customer Data Platform Consultant, you should display deep business, industry, and product knowledge to facilitate a successful Customer Data Platform (CDP) programme for clients. This role will combine strategic and technical responsibilities. You will manage stakeholders and business relationships to deliver CDP use cases. You should utilise your appropriate technical skills to guide and engage with stakeholders throughout the end-to-end CDP lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies and use cases, in addition to providing architectural guidance on CDPs. You will develop and maintain positive client relationships to progress their CDP journey, ensuring the client realises value from their investment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance for CDPs to help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Develop a long-term CDP roadmap that delivers value for clients in both the short and long term.
- Identify and guide the implementation of emerging use cases that add value to the client.
- Implement end-to-end CDP governance processes to ensure successful use case delivery.
- Lead KPI discussions and set strategic goals for clients.
- Analyze data from CDP campaigns and offer data-driven recommendations for next-best-action.
- Prepare insightful, creative, and engaging presentations to translate campaign outcomes into actionable recommendations.
- Manage discovery conversations to identify client needs, collaborate with teams, and represent the Comwrap Reply brand in client relationships.
- Completed studies in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior CDP Consultant role, with a history of delivering large-scale CDP projects and programs.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CDP architecture and robust governance processes.
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating data-related risks, such as GDPR and data privacy concerns.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, with experience guiding project teams and managing senior stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable guidance.
- Experience with agile project methodologies and familiarity with other Salesforce and Adobe products, such as Marketing Cloud and Journey Optimizer.
