Hang Seng's Card Product business offers a full spectrum of card products and services to customers.
We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join our department as Head of Business and Control Management
Principal responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving the planning of business strategies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to formulate business and budget plans.
  • Monitor and review the financial and business performances and identify / recommend opportunities to improve business results.
  • Monitor the department's P&L, KPIs and strategic action plans and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver the required business results.
  • Ensure adherence to bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks.
  • Lead, groom and coach a team to specialize in card product management.
Requirements
• University degree or a relevant experience
• Senior management professional with people managerial experience in the credit card business with broad business and social networks
• Solid experience in card product management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, creative, customer focused, positive team player and independent
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
