FP&A Analyst (H/F/D) - Neuchâtel

Our client is a renowned player in the FMCG-Luxury industry., part of an international group.

Job Description

• Prepare, manage and consolidate annual budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial updates.
• Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
• Support management team and departments with in-depth analysis.
• Compile and analyse financial reports, ensuring legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices.
• Keep abreast with all organisational changes and industry trends that impact financial performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of organisational information.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI and Excel.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting & forecasting + excellent knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS)
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Flueny in French and in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
